I have to determine the C-reactive protein(CRP) levels from blood. could any one help me to get this protocol?

CRP test is done to know is there any inflammation in our body, and crp reacts with phosphocholine of dying cells which activates the complement system.

i would like to know how this CRP level is determine from blood?

Cayman does one (I am not linked to them and have not tried it), I use R+D ELISA kits for cytokines generally. Here's a link: http://www.caymanchem.com/pdfs/10011236.pdf

There are commercial kits available. U can use them and determine the C-reactive proteins.
