thanks for the reply. I'm working on NPC cell lines, the prob is that even in in-vitro studies done,results show that high dose (10 ug/liter) shows positive results.

Why would you think so? Because the assays i do are in the concentrations like 0.5 nM, 1 nM, 2 nM and so on
