ABSTRACT: We report a patient who presented with coronary cameral fistula from left main coronary artery (LCA), which had spontaneously
closed by the presence of clots and debris at the distal end of the fistula, with associated severe aortic regurgitation and
vegetations in aortic valve. The patient was successfully treated by evacuation of clots and debris, closure of the fistula
and aortic valve replacement.
