    ABSTRACT: The global asymptotically stability of FAST TCP by nonlinear delay differential equation with heterogeneous delays is developed. Since the traditional self-stabilization approaches lack the flexibility to deal with the variable adaptation of the complex network within FAST TCP, the study emphasizes an alternate self-stability analysis approach, namely Lyapunovpsilas second method. The time-delay that its stability is proved using Lyapunov second method is compensated for the changing Window Sizes similar to the Smithpsilas Principle. The results through simulations provide substantial heuristic evidence to support the idea of using a Lyapunov function to prove the self-stabilization properties of FAST TCP adaptation.
