Conference Proceeding: Internal DTV antenna on multilayered ferrite substrate for mobile phone applications

ABSTRACT: By using a multilayered ferrite substrate, a compact internal DTV (digital television) antenna is proposed. The antenna is constructed on the ground plane of a clamshell-type mobile phone. It is suitable for a DVB-H band (VSWR<3), and it has over -10 dBi gain which is acceptable for a practical digital television signal reception.Antennas and Propagation Society International Symposium, 2008.
