ABSTRACT: To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics of gastrointestinal tract involvement of anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL).
The clinicopathological features of four patients with ALCL that involved gastrointestinal tract were retrospectively analyzed using immunohistochemical study, T-cell receptor gene rearrangement analysis, and evaluation for Epstein Barr virus infection status.
Most tumor cells in all these four cases are large and highly pleomorphic, and all four cases were classified as the common pattern ALCL. Tumor cells in all four tumors expressed CD30, and expressed at least one cytotoxic maker. Two patients were confirmed to be with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive ALCL, and four patients were negative during in situ hybridization for Epstein-Barr virus-encoded RNA but showed clonal T-cell receptor gene rearrangement.
Gastrointestinal tract involvement of ALCL has the unique clinicopathological features.

ABSTRACT: This paper is concerned with the design problem of state feedback controllers for networked control systems. By constructing a novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional which contains triple integral terms, a new less conservative stability criterion is developed in terms of linear matrix inequality. On the basis of the obtained stability condition, the state feedback controller gain can be obtained by applying an iterative algorithm. Numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

ABSTRACT: Traditional control system usually uses a single expert system for fault-diagnosis, which is unitary and unable to deal with problems in the complicated and flexible network environment. In this paper, expert system and neural network system are combined for fault detection and diagnosis, which can greatly increase the efficiency and accuracy of network fault diagnosis. The networked control system discussed in the paper have several indices for fault diagnosis, which can be processed as input of BP neural network, and the training result proved to be good.
