    ABSTRACT: The foreign DP/PA coupler is realized by SIM1 + MCU chip, with a large number of procedures and codes completed by the software, which is very complicated, and technology is confidential. The paper puts forward a design method that we use the smart agreement chip SPC3 and SPC4 as the core to realize the function of the coupler, and use AT89S52 single-chip to control them. These chips are integrated of DP/PA agreement, so it is easier to achieve. And according to this design, we build the hardware, and complete the connection of DP and PA slave respectively in the laboratory. In addition through programming in Keil compiler environment, we accomplish the initialization of SPC3 and SPC4, interrupt handling, as well as DP/PA slave communication test. The experiment shows that the program achieves a satisfactory effect and we try to isolate transmission signal and 3.3V/5V power supply.

    ABSTRACT: The combustion in circulated fluidized-bed (CFB) boiler is a complex and multi-variables coupling process. It is too difficult to build an exact mathematic model to describe the process. Bed temperature control system is an important subsystem of burning system, maintaining normal bed temperature is the key for stable running of boiler, and it is difficult for the norm PID algorithm to control it. According to these, we use the bed temperature control system based BP neural network in DCS. The practice shows that it can improve the stability of bed temperature control system with the application of BP neural network.

The main steam pressure control is an important subsystem of burning system, and it is difficult for the norm PID algorithm to control it. According to these, the human-simulated intelligent control technique is applied to the main steam pressure. It compensates the disadvantages of traditional control method and had perfect advantages in economy and in reality. The control rules of the controller can be modified, compensated and perfect in the practical operation. The practice shows that this controller has strong self-adaptability.

    ABSTRACT: The heat source of waste heat power generation of cement plant is the waste heat gas of cement rotary kiln. Influenced by the impact of cement production, the control system is complex, so the existing control scheme cannot make the satisfactory effect. Based on a thorough analysis of the existing control scheme and the reference to manual operation experience of on-site skilled operator, the paper puts forward an improved fuzzy three impulses control scheme that comes from the drum level control of waste heat boiler. The scheme reflects the smoke temperature of the interference change in the heat source side and the exhaust fanpsilas rotational speed in the kiln inlet. According to the waste heat power generation technology and control characteristics, we design a set of advanced DCS with the redundancy controllers. The practice shows that the scheme has a satisfactory effect.

    ABSTRACT: According to the production process and the control requirement of pure low temperature waste heat power generation plant, we design a set of distributed control system in waste heat power generation plant. The whole structure, task assignment and important control loop are analyzed. The system is composed of a supervisory and control layer and a process control layer. The DCS can realize the supervising of technology process, automatic controlling of two boilers and a steam turbine - generator group with assist equipments. We propose expert PID and control strategy of fuzzy PID control for controlling boiler water level. The redundancy AC 800F controllers are used in DCS for ensuring the reliability of DCS. The application proves that DCS improves reliability, stability and real-time quality of the product line, it brings both economic and society benefit.
