ABSTRACT: This paper seeks to answer the following two questions: which management factors have great effect on the management performance of telework teams? and How should management choose suitable team members for telework? The research will use experimental methods for exploring the novel topic of management performance of telework teams. The experimental design, implementation and result analysis was done by using a computer experimental system we developed. The experimental research results show that an effective way of improving management performance of telework teams relates to the positive and the negative degrees of psychological factors, team factors, ethical factors and individual background. The experimental research results also show that some people are more suitable for telework than others.

ABSTRACT: The quantification of the uncertainty and ambiguity factors in management study is significant but difficult. In order to quantify these factors, the original Market Quiz Method is modified and a new method called improved Market Quiz Method is put forward. In the improved Market Quiz Method, the new procedure for application is given as well. This novel method has been applied to analyze and quantify the management factors of telework team based on management experiments and it shows a good effect.

ABSTRACT: With the help of DEMATEL method and cross-reinforced matrix method, this paper firstly makes some improvements to the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), and then provides a hierarchical model for member selection of telework teams, finally designs a fuzzy management experiment of member selection under the network environment. The modified AHP is used to determine the weights of selection criteria, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to assess the suitability of experimental candidates. The improved method can enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and scientificalness of member selection of telework teams.

ABSTRACT: In order to find out the critical factors on exogenous pathogeny, we classified 2590 disease cases based on the ID3 decision tree method. Our classification result is acquired by calculating the information entropy, conditional entropy and information gain, according to ldquothe six pathogenic factorsrdquo. In the process, we first gained a set of basic factors of exogenous affection by filtering and pre-process methods. And then we established a decision tree with critical factors. Finally, we transformed the decision tree into production rules to support the diagnostic system.

ABSTRACT: In order to overcome the modeling limitations for management experiments, we proposed to integrate the Internet technology with role-playing, and developed a novel modeling method called similarity-extension modeling method. By the novel method, we found a new way to transform an economic experiment into a management one. The basic steps of similarity-extension modeling are presented, and their applications are illustrated by taking Cournot Oligopoly Management Experiment as an example. In the example, the primary Cournot Oligopoly Management Experiment is first established with reference to the basic element model of the Cournot Oligopoly Economic Experiment, and then how to transform the economic experiment into a management one is focused on in detail by introducing management factors. Finally, an improved quantitative process method is delved into for fuzzy management factors based on the Market Quiz Method in psychology.
