  ABSTRACT: We present a rare case of right parietal sinus pericranii in a 2-year-old female child who presented with a compressible swelling on the right side of the scalp since 3 months of age, with a large head. Magnetic resonance imaging along with venography and conventional angiogram was performed, which confirmed the diagnosis.
