  ABSTRACT: The authors report 5 cases treated and reviewed in their centre, together with the clinical and radiological results. Multiple carpometacarpal dislocations of all of the triphalangeal fingers are rare lesions induced by high-energy trauma, in which the therapeutic strategy is controversial.
