  ABSTRACT: The objective of this paper is to identify the quality indicators that are aligned with competitive sustainable strategies. It is a case study, with exploratory character, that analyzes the implemented processes: 5S, QMS, certifications ISO 9000 and 14000 and MIS.The results bring indicators that favor the alignment of products and processes to the strategical objectives to be integrated in a general management plan. Some results and benefits of the evaluation method that use Indicators are also discussed.

  ABSTRACT: O objetivo do artigo é identificar indicadores da qualidade sócio-ambiental alinhados comestratégias competitivas sustentáveis. É um estudo de caso, de caráter exploratório, queanalisa processos implantados: 5S, SGQ, certificações ISO 9000 e 14000, SIG. Osresultados identificam indicadores que favorecem o alinhamento de produtos e processos aobjetivos estratégicos, a serem integrados num plano de gestão.
