ABSTRACT: Data communications technologies are evolving and expanding very rapidly. The growth in demand for Internet accesses and Intranet services continues to fuel rapid adoption of new technology, from manufacturers, service providers and users. 1.1 Overview This lab concentrates on teaching the fundamentals and providing the background information that is needed, in order to understand the concept of network technology and learn the terminology that is used in the following labs.
