Article: Toxic shock-like syndrome associated with necrotizing Streptococcus pyogenes infection.

ABSTRACT: Two patients with toxic shock-like syndrome are presented. Both patients had necrotizing cellulitis due to Streptococcus pyogenes, and both patients required extensive surgical debridement.
