• Corporate Governance and Bank Liquidity Providing

  The literature on internal and external corporate governance in the money management industry tells us much about corporate governance. However, the massage on the mechanisms is far from complete.The literature on internal and external corporate governance in the money management industry tells us much about corporate governance. However, the massage on the mechanisms is far from complete. This paper examines the relationships among the quality of corporate governance, the capital-to-deposits ratio and the liquidity on demand provision. In the model where loans, loan commitments, and external financing need are the liquidity provision sources, changes in corporate governance or capital regulation have direct effects on bank liquidity. An increase in the high-quality of corporate governance, or in the capital-to-deposits ratio decreases the bank' optimal loan rate, and loan commitment rate with strategic complements when the bank stays in a more risky state of the world. An increase in the low- quality corporate governance or the capital-to-deposits ratio increases the bank’s external financial needs. Our findings provide alternative mechanisms for the evidence concerning the bank liquidity provision with corporate governance and regulation.

• An Efficient Approach for Routing Technique Based on Clustering Method

  Abstract— Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) play the major role in less energy consumption for long time activity of sensor nodes because the nodes that compose sensor network are small in size. ForAbstract— Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) play the major role in less energy consumption for long time activity of sensor nodes because the nodes that compose sensor network are small in size. For less energy consumption, the number of sensor nodes should be minimized. Sensor network’s routing technique is divided in two parts, Flat Routing and Hierarchical Routing technique. Basically, Hierarchical Routing technique is energy-efficient routing protocol to pare down energy consumption of all sensor nodes and to scatter energy consumption of sensor nodes by forming clusters and communicating with cluster head. Since hierarchical routing technique is based on clustering so it has more advantage than Flat Routing technique, but the problem associated with the Hierarchical routing is its un-realistic nature. So Hierarchical Routing technique does not consider data transmission radius of sensor nodes in actually. So this paper proposed Routing Technique based on Clustering.

It has been asked many times “How do you prevent data loss?” But, as yet, it does not seem to have been properly answered by the concerned body. Unsurprisingly the answer is simple and free. Encryption. Which is the process of converting the readable information into unreadable text, that can be stored/transported safely, but can only be read by somebody with the correct key or password. Cryptography is the practice and study of hiding information. It varies in level of complexity from the Caesar Cipher to Quantum Encryption – but all of this is entirely irrelevant because encryption is now simple. Easy to use, off the shelf, products are available that will ensure that data is encrypted up to government standards. The issue of protecting data from internal theft is more complicated, and encryption alone will not assist with this. Data Loss Prevention (DLP), technologies, policies, and systems need to be installed and enforced, though this is highly unlikely to ever be 100% successful, it can radically reduce the probability of an incident occurring. Protecting data at its source is a fundamental first step that can significantly reduce the risk of loss and misuse. This paper describes the various approaches to data protection.

• Load Balancing in Peer-to-Peer System Using Fuzzy Hierarchical Clustering

In addition, load balancing must involve low communication overhead and respond quickly to load imbalance in the system. In previous load balancing algorithms, classification of node as heavy, light or normal loaded node is done by using concept of threshold level, which is fixed and predefined. Now, today scenario is to change the status of nodes dynamically according to the state of system. So that, load balancing algorithm using fuzzy clustering is presented in this paper, which improves the performance of the system without pre-defining the threshold values. The proposed algorithm is compared with other existing algorithms and is found to be fast and efficient in reducing load imbalance in peer-to-peer systems.
