ABSTRACT: Adult extracardiac rhabdomyoma is an uncommon primary tumor of striated muscle origin that almost exclusively presents in the head and neck region. The occurrence of multifocality is a rare manifestation of this unusual lesion. In this study, we report a rare case of multifocal adult extracardiac rhabdomyoma in a patient presenting with an asymptomatic neck mass and provide a brief review of the literature on this entity.
