Article: [Time domain terahertz spectroscopy of (Pb,La)TiO3 ferroelectric thin films].
[show abstract] [hide abstract]
ABSTRACT: Terahertz time-domain spectroscopic technique was applied to investigate the spectral properties of (Pb, La)TiO3 (PLT) ferroelectric thin films prepared on SiO2/Si substrates. The terahertz spectra of three kinds of PLT thin films with different sintering temperatures were observed. According to the experimental data, the absorption coefficients, refraction indexes and dielecric constants of the PLT thin films were computed, and the experimental results of the three kinds of PLT thin films with different sintering temperatures in the effective frequency range were compared. The results indicated that the PLT thin films had strong absorption in the frequency range of measurement, and had an obvious absorption peak at 1.5 THz and a weaker absorption peak at 2.25 THz.Guang pu xue yu guang pu fen xi = Guang pu 09/2009; 29(9):2342-5. · 0.84 Impact Factor -
Article: [Temperature dependence of collagen by Raman spectra].
[show abstract] [hide abstract]
ABSTRACT: Raman spectra of collagen I at different temperature were obtained. There was no change at 1003 cm(-1) line, 1302 cm(-1) line moved to a higher wave number, but other lines moved to lower wave number when temperature increased. In addition, the authors observed the temperature dependence of Raman intensity and four denaturation points at 0, 40, 68 and 90 degrees C respectively. The points at 40 and 68 degrees C are in agreement with the experimental data by DSC and SHG. The point at 0 degrees C might be frozen transition; the point at 90 degrees C might be related to the damage of secondary structure. When heated to 150 degrees C, the Raman intensity of all bands decreased rapidly and many lines disappeared.Guang pu xue yu guang pu fen xi = Guang pu 12/2004; 24(11):1367-9. · 0.84 Impact Factor -
Article: Kinetic theory of high-relativistic electron cyclotron maser with a novel quasioptical cavity
[show abstract] [hide abstract]
ABSTRACT: Using the Laplace transformation, the kinetic theory of the high-relativistic electron cyclotron maser having a novel open-resonator-the axisymmetrical quasioptical cavity of oblique rotation at arbitrary angle, is carried out within the framework of the linearized Vlasov-Maxwell equations. The beam-wave interaction power, starting current and frequency shift have been derived and numerically calculated. The influence of rotation angle on the beam-wave interaction is also studied. A series of important conclusions obtained reveal the characteristics of this novel quasioptical electron cyclotron maserIEEE Transactions on Plasma Science 05/1995; · 1.17 Impact Factor
