Article: Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis in very young infants.

ABSTRACT: We report three cases of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) in infants within the first 6 weeks of life. Diagnosis of HLH was made early after symptoms started.
