    ABSTRACT: Quadriphase E-sequences are discussed. There are 512 quadriphase E-sequences of length 8. Among the 512 quadriphase E-sequences of length 8, 256 quadriphase E-sequences of length 8 have a nice property that each sequence composes a couple of auto-complementary sequences with its latter-half-inversed sequence. From the 256 quadriphase E-sequences of length 8, a class of zero- correlation-zone sequences (ZCZ sequences) can be obtained. The relationship between the quadriphase E-sequences of length 8 and the quadriphase block code of wordlength 8 with the hyper polihedron Euclid distanse property is also discussed.     ABSTRACT: In this paper construction of perfect arrays is investigated by using the Fourier transform, in order to discuss generally. Furthermore a new orthogonal transform using a perfect array is discussed, which will be applied to some applications, such as communications and signal processing.
