ABSTRACT: In order to ensure the rationality of redistribution of revenue from road congestion pricing, and enhance the feasibility of redistribution policy of road congestion pricing, this paper presents that the revenue of congestion pricing can be used to extend the roads capacity and support public transport, based on the analysis of the mode and selecting criterion, and under this two redistribution modes. This paper analyzes the generalized travel cost, based on which the Multinomial Logit model is used to research the travelers’ choice of travel mode and travel route. Finally an example is used to illustrate its application. It is concluded from all the results of analyses obtained that the revenue from road congestion pricing can be redistributed in this way to decrease private car trips, increase bus trips and decrease vehicle flow with comprehensive consideration of PCE, road area per capita and occupancy rates. Congestion can be relieved from both supply and demand to the satisfaction of most road users.

ABSTRACT: The dynamics of a three tiers supply chain network in the presence of demand uncertainty is considered in this paper. The objective is assessed by taking into account not only the profit over the time horizon, but also the resulting uncovered demand satisfaction. An equilibrium Variational Inequality (VI) for all the nodes of the supply chain is derived. The proposed model is tested using Modified Goldstein-Levitin-Polyak Projection Algorithm. A numerical example is provided for illustrative purpose. And the results illustrate the demand satisfaction tends to reduce the amount of product flow between node of the supply chain.

ABSTRACT: This paper establishes a model to fit the yield curve of interest rate. Our research bases on the cubic B- spline function, puts a penalty on the objective function, and then develops a fitting model on the yield curve of SEE T-bonds. We set penalty function by a continuous function, and use second difference operator to improve the computation efficiency. The model is simple for fitting the spot rate and the forward rate, performances good in accuracy and smoothness, and can be an effective method for estimating the term structure of China.

ABSTRACT: In this paper, we establish a class of dynamic risk measures for evaluating discrete-time process. Our research is mostly concentrated on the properties of dynamic risk measures. The properties of risk measures in the static framework, are introduced into the dynamic risk measures framework. We present the conception of capital requirement for discrete-time process to measure the risk in the dynamic framework. In particular, four of axioms about dynamic risk measures have been proposed in the third section. We establish strong, middle and poor consistency properties to show our efforts in the mathematics description of the dynamic risk measure of discrete-time process

ABSTRACT: The paper studied the performance of merger and acquisition (M&A) through using the artificial neural network. We proposed the index system with five types index. We set up the measurement model of M&A performance according to M&A motives, payment, M&A pricing, M&A synergy effect, M&A mode, post-M&A integration ability. In our model, we considered the variables from the beginning of M&A to M&A deal completed, even some time after completion of deal. And we use the artificial neural network to solve the model, and we analyzed the dynamics of arithmetic in the solution of the model, we use the learning arithmetic to reflect the changes of variables to the arithmetic from beginning to end

ABSTRACT: Evacuation outside of the building is an important stage in urban emergency evacuation, the multi-agent simulative technique based on distributed environment can play an important part when analyzing the impact on individual behavior in traffic from simulating behaviors of traffic individuals in the emergency situation because of the existing dynamic, complicated and uncertain feature in the environment. In this article, the virtual traffic environment and traffic agents (evacuees and vehicles) are constructed and the basic simulation rules are setup up by StarLogo which is a simulation software based on multi-agent technique. The process of evacuation is divided into two stages in time, the phenomenon of evacuation and block are showed in the first stage in simulation and the sudden interference to streets close to threatened area from evacuees are evaluated by a figure about variety of traffic volume-time on these streets. The differences of evacuation time that evacuees needed when they get across different kinds of evacuation room are evaluated by simulation in given condition. The results from simulation should be the conferences used by decision makers when they choose optimal evacuation way.

ABSTRACT: According to the problem that the directing information is static in most parking guidance and information systems (PGIS) nowadays, this paper suggests establishing the real-time and dynamic PGIC that is providing the dynamic information guidance for the vehicles that need parking. First of all, it adopts the principal component analysis to choose the main factors that affect the drivers' parking choice activity. Then according to fuzzy clustering algorithm, it categorizes the drivers that need parking and assign them parks, in order to carry out the real-time and dynamic guidance in the process of parking.

It is an existent question for transportation researchers how to manage traffic environment. This paper discusses environment impact of intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and employs the theory and methods of traffic behaviors science to establish environment management model of multi-mode traffic system under ITS, which state how to decrease pollution in city by pricing scheme. ABSTRACT: Road congestion pricing revenue redistribution is the key problem and frontier research of road congestion pricing development. This paper reviews the history and latest achievements of the social welfare theory, public support theory, and revenue redistribution strategy theory which are related to road congestion pricing revenue redistribution. Then, suggestions of the implementation in urban road communication are proposed. The theory research and practice of road congestion pricing revenue redistribution indicate that policy suggestions and corresponding methods of implementation of this strategy should be presented aiming at resolving the unfair problem of welfare redistribution and enlisting support of public based on the consideration of traffic efficiency firstly. This strategy is proved to be effective in enhancing the feasibility and validity of road congestion pricing strategy, and moreover in improving the road congestion and increasing the transportation efficiency.摘要道路拥挤定价收入再分配研究是道路拥挤定价发展中迫切需要解决的实践难题和理论研究的前沿性课题。本文综述了国内外道路拥挤定价收入再分配相关的社会福利、公众支持和收入再分配方式等方面理论研究发展历程和最新进展,并给出了我国城市道路交通推行该政策的建议。国内外研究和实践表明,需要在优先考虑提升交通运输效率的基础上,从解决道路拥挤定价政策所产生的福利分配不公平问题和提高公共认知与支持角度出发,制定和实施合理可行的道路拥挤定价收入再分配策略和配套措施,才有助于增强道路拥挤定价政策实施的可行性和有效性,从而更好地改善道路拥挤状况,提高道路运输效率。
