[Treatment in diffuse interstitial lung diseases].

ABSTRACT Diffuse interstitial lung diseases are parenchymal diseases of the lung with many various etiologies and most of which are idiopathic. The mainstays of the treatment are corticosteroids and immunosuppressants. This paper deals with the treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonias and sarcoidosis.
