ABSTRACT Chondroid syringoma is a rare benign skin tumor of the head and neck. Only 15 cases presenting on the eyelid have been described in the literature. An 84-year-old patient presented with an 8-mm nodule on the right inferior eyelid that had grown over 5 years. The lesion was surgically removed, and the histopathological examination showed a chondroid syringoma. Knowledge of this disease is important because malignant transformations do occur.
