ABSTRACT Alimentary tract duplications are rare anomalies usually present in childhood. They are most common in the ileum, but can occur anywhere along the alimentary tract from the mouth to the anus. We report a case of a 23-year-old female presented with severe epigastric and lower abdominal pain of one day duration, and was found to have perforated tubular ileal duplication communicating with the ileum on surgery.
