ABSTRACT Cardiac computed tomography surpasses the limitations of conventional coronary angiography and transthoracic echocardiography in determining the origin, course, and extent of coronary artery anomalies. This case report illustrates a rare combination of congenital coronary artery anomalies consisting of anomalous origin of the right coronary artery arising from the left sinus of Valsalva and multiple coronary bicameral fistulae.
