ABSTRACT The diblock copolymer, BP26, assembled into polymeric vesicles with double layers that formed a hydrophobic crystalline interior and a hydrophilic amorphous exterior in methanol, a selective solvent for the PEGT block. The vesicles were demonstrated to encapsulate a hydrophobic guest polyfluorene (PF).
