ABSTRACT Mucinous breast carcinoma (MBC) is a rare histological type of breast cancer and rarely associated with advanced disease. We report a case that had MBC with an isolated adrenal metastasis which was removed by laparoscopic adrenelectomy. This case is unique due to the unexpected metastasis of pure mucinous carcinoma developed after 4 years of hormone therapy.
