ABSTRACT The second impact factor for the journal was published by the Institute of Scientific Information (ISI) with 0.646 in June of this year. A further consolidation of the journal as a major scientific "brick" for science and research as the relevant "base block" of the "building" of the specialty has been hereby achieved.
