ABSTRACT Iliac bifurcated devices (IBDs) are used in the endovascular treatment of aorto-iliac and common iliac artery aneurysms to preserve the flow to at least one internal iliac artery thereby decreasing the risk of pelvic ischemic complications. We report the use of IBDs in preserving both the internal iliac arteries.
