ABSTRACT Two new properties of k -variable mirror-image and
anti-mirror-image polynomials are obtained when they are derived from
the k -variable Hurwitz polynomials by means of bilinear
transformations. It is also shown how such polynomials can be used in
stability tests in the discrete polydomain, as well as in Schur-Cohn
matrices used for testing the stability of multivariable transfer
functions
