ABSTRACT In this issue of Cancer Cell, Lu et al. describe unconventional molecular interactions in glioblastoma cells that provide a mechanism for how anti-vascular endothelial growth factor therapy may promote mesenchymal transition of glioblastoma cells and increase tumor invasion.
