Strangeness production in GeV Au+Au collisions at&nb

ABSTRACT The BRAHMS collaboration has measured identified particle spectra from Au+Au collisions at Ö{sNN} = 200\sqrt{s_{NN}} = 200 GeV. Rapidity densities are deduced from fits to the pion and kaon spectra. dN/dy is plotted as a function of rapidity and 4Ö{sNN}\sqrt{s_{NN}} at SPS. PACS: 25.75.Dw Particle and resonance production
