ABSTRACT In Hepatoma Tissue Culture (HTC) cells induction of tyrosine aminotransferase (TAT) by dibutyryl cAMP (DBcAMP) is regulated at some posttranscriptional step. In synchronized HTC cells TAT can be induced by DBcAMP in late G1 and in the S phase of the cell cycle only.
