Intrinsic oscillations in photoconductivity of ZnSe

ABSTRACT Oscillations periodic in longitudinal optical phonon energy in the photoconductivity of ZnSe were observed. Unlike in InSb, no diminishing effect in the magnitude of the oscillations was observed as field strengths were increased.
