Summary
Planning and designing dairy farm facilities is a
sophisticated work where a multitude of procedures
should be carried out which requires time and
efforts; moreover, making mistakes is also possible.
The expert system was prototyped to contain 2 main models and 9 sub-models
Eleven simulation models were developed to plan and design the farm facilities
C# (C Sharp) programming language was used to develop the expert system
The expert system validation and evaluation were carried out using data of 6 farms

Objective
The objective is to develop and expert system (ES)
to design several dairy farm facilities, plan the
farmstead layout, implement technologies, study the
operating supply items, and calculate the costs.
An expert system has been developed to plan and
design dairy farms in hot climates. The developed expert
system is able to design several dairy farms facilities,
plan the farm, and calculate the construction costs.
