ABSTRACT This report describes a patient manifesting spontaneous and catheter-induced coronary artery spasm in a transplanted, denervated heart. This diagnosis should be considered in patients undergoing posttransplant coronary angiography. Intracoronary nitroglycerin should routinely be administered prior to coronary artery injections during posttransplant angiography.
