My current major project is the generation and analysis of dynamic biomolecular ensembles based on experimental (mainly NMR) data to understand partner binding and structural evolution. This project is supported by the Hungarian Scientific Research Fund (OTKA 104198).

My other interests include various aspects of protein structure evolution with focus on motifs predicted to be intrinsically disordered and their possible structural transitions.
