  I am trying to do Agrobacterium-mediated transformation,but I have confused some basic principles for that. One question is how to introduce gene of interest into Agrobacterium. I know we often use Gateway vectors, and gene of interest is between LB and RD. Can anyone tell me how this gene interest goes into Agrobacterium?
