Maybe a understanding of FEAR is required, Fear of the impending helplessness that comes when someone else takes on reponsibilities for our life , compels us to push thoughts of death to a back marker. In this life we have learnt to fear the harm the livng can inflict on each other. Yet a time will come when we will be required to unconditionaly surrender our longivity to others. My Grandmother is 88 years old and was happy even with a number of ailments that restricted her mobility, with a positive mental attitude she found soloutions to her restrictions. Other the last two weeks she has developed rapid eye lose to the point she is severaly visualy impared, her confidence has gone and their is fear in her voice.
