[more] Abstract A germination index testing, germination data is generally recorded by handwritten and a germination index is calculated by using of a calculator or Microsoft Excel. Aforesaid methods cause great number of fallibilities. So, to improve the germination index testing this research develops a computer program that can test the germination index. The development of the germination index testing program using the Microsoft Access 2003 and Visual Basic Application (VBA) operated on Windows XP professional. The program was evaluated by using The Black Box Testing method. The research finding showed that. A germination index testing program has means 8.12 and a good efficiency. [more] Abstract The aims of this research are to (1) Development and efficiency of the Online Based learning in Basic Science of the Subject “Mechanical wave”. (2) Effectiveness Index of the Online Based learning in Basic Science of the Subject “Mechanical wave”. (3) A study effective component of the Online Based learning in Basic Science of the Subject “Mechanical wave”. The participants are selected by using Purposive Sampling approach and One Group Pretest and Posttest design. The data collection in the study consists of (1) the Online Based learning in Basic Science of the Subject “Mechanical wave”. (2) educational achievement test consisting of 30 question with four selective choices and (3) question effective component towards of the Online Based learning in Basic Science of the Subject “Mechanical wave”. The reliable number is 0.95. The difficulty level is 0.6 – 0.79. The statistical tools, Average Number (X) and Standard Deviation (SD.) are used to find T value. The results indicate that the efficiency of the lesion are E – CAI = 83.14 , the effectiveness index (E.I.) = 0.67 and effective component of the Online Based learning in Basic Science of the Subject “Mechanical wave” has a good efficiency.
