  I am getting the measurement of B-glucosidases with p-nitrophenil-B-D-glucopiranosil as substract. It's a microplate (96 wells) assay. (5ul of sample+5ul of water+90ul of p-nitrophenil-B-D-glucopiranosil 4mM(citrate 50mM pH4,8 buffer) = 30 min 50°C. + 200ul Na2CO3 10%) Abs 405nm. I would like to known which calculation to convert these absorbance values ​​in enzyme.
