ABSTRACT: 研究概要:Tokai flood disaster occurred in September, 2000. Lowland in this area was flooded by rainfall exceeding drainage capacity, and it brought about a large-scaled urban disaster. To protect such a large-scaled disaster, the protection plan should be prepared near future. Therefore, in this study flood runoff simulation was carried out for the Tokai flood disaster. First, a distributed runoff model was constructed based on Cellular Automata method and calculated with a kinematic wave equation. Furthermore, these analysis results were shown with pictorial images in bitmap format at real time. Finally, inundation images each step were described. The applicability to the micro-scaled area was indicated using this method.
