Most of my current work is about mindfulness and related processes. In addition to the papers and chapters included here, I've authored a self-help mindfulness book: The Practicing Happiness Workbook (published in the United Kingdom as Practising Happiness) and two edited books for professionals: Mindfulness-Based Treatment Approaches (1st and 2nd editions) and Assessing Mindfulness and Acceptance Processes in Clients.
