Your friend wants to buy the produce of an entire orchard, but only if 90 % of the apples are red. The seller can inform you of a sample whether the majority in the sample is red or green (nothing more) and is coming up with a single sample of 100 and tells your friend that the majority is red. What to do? You bootstrap that sample, and let the seller tell you of each subsample what the majority colour is. If red comes close to a hundred percent, tell your friend to buy. If not, tell him not to.Following

Peter H Hovenkamp, Boon-Chuan Ho[show abstract] [hide abstract]
ABSTRACT: The Asiatic species of Oleandra (Oleandraceae) are revised. We reduce a large number of species to Oleandra neriiformis and Oleandra sibbaldii, we provide a revised circumscription of Oleandra cumingii and Oleandra undulata and we establish the identity of Oleandra vulpina. In total, we recognize 9 species, with full synonymy, descriptions and distribution maps. A list of identifications is appended.PhytoKeys. 01/2012; -
