About
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Exeter. In our current project we are assessing whether roach (a cyprinid fish) populations exposed to WWTW effluents over many generations have adapted to become less responsive to estrogens. We are using a combination of genetic outlier analyses using SNPs and experiments.
I also have interests in the diversity and evolution of trypanosomes that cause serious diseases of livestock and humans in South America and Africa.
