I completed my PhD in molecular biology in 2007. In 2008 I joined Dr. Skibola's lab at UC Berkeley, where I conducted bioinformatic data analyses on population studies, with a major focus on NH Lymphoma. Currently I'm a research associate at the Bill Lyons Informatics Center at the UCL Cancer Institute. I'm interested in studying the genetic basis of complex diseases, the interaction between genetic, environmental and epigenetic factors, and translating these findings into personalized medicine.
