Correlate nanostructure (including porosity) and chemical state ex situ, in situ and in operando using X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS), scanning X-ray fluorescence, X-dray diffraction and full field hard X-ray transmission microscopy.
Lead Transmission X-ray Microscopy (TXM) program at SSRL. Development of spectroscopic imaging, and in situ imaging of energy materials and catalytic systems.
