  does it reliable if i find and take the reaction equations from literature or databases, since the bacterium species is different? which database that scientists normally will refer to? Thanks a lot. now at least i know what's the general step: 1. find literature / database or construct the equation through isotopic labelling 2. calculatiom of metabolic fluxes. Correct me if i am wrong.

  Hi, thanks for the explanation... learn a lot. However, i don't know how to create the template. how are we going to generate the reaction equations from the metabolism? Do we need a special equipment for that? i am currently working on the production of polyhydroxyalkanoates.
