Although you need to understand the concepts like derivation or of confidence interval you don't have to be able to do the maths. The trouble is this: Few students understand these concepts and if you have them work on maths, a least some make make progress. - I'm not sure if anyone has really tried to teach the (necessary) concepts without the (unnecessary) maths.Following

But your question seem so be: Does CET inevitably lead to weaker organizational commitment? - Here I'd say no. A psychological contract is needed for this to happen. IF my employer invests in me via CET and makes me feel privileged, makes it a matter of trusting in me to pay him back later somehow, he can most probably "buy" some of my commitment. - Does this make sense to you?Following
