My professional skills cover analytical chemistry, chromatography/mass spectrometry, phytochemicals and lipids in the area of food chemistry. I have also worked within the area of pathogens in foods. My research activities and commission work for the food industry and agricultural business sector are mainly on health-related quality of vegetables (polyphenols, glucosinolates and carotenoids), and effects of postharvest and food processing.
