It is killing two birds with one stone. I have a group of 40 students in psychology degree. And part of their courseworks, I wanted them to spread the spirit of kindness in the college. Of course, being part of their coursework, I think the issue of selection bias is one concern. It is hard to track the recipients of RAC because it is so random! But here are some thoughts: Pre-Assessment and post assessment Subjective well being or stress. A survey on the frequency of 'receiving some form of kindness from strangers/unknown person'. I thought of also confining the 'act of kindness' in one school, so that it will be easier to 'track' the recipients of kindness.Following
