[more]Personally I think most digital aids will stultify the artist's actual creativity; I wouldn't introduce any of them to students in high school (or primary). Call me hopelessly hidebound or whatever. A young person is overflowing with ideas and desires to explore the world. Whether in writing or visual art there is, in every computer program, a rigidity that is absent in the human mind. Because of its nature, any computer program will, sooner or later, prevent a person from doing certain things because it has been written to disallow them - whether because they are considered incorrect or will cause a glitch. Let students explore the depth and breadth of their creative abilities first.Following

They begin to transform the atmosphere of the neighbourhood, thereby attracting more attention, and the price of housing goes up, the artists have to move out, and it begins again elsewhere. [more]I suppose the corollary of this question would be: if the mind originally required the assistance of religion, why does it still? why do some people never become religious? when did we stop needing religion and why do some people still require it? or, if they choose to keep it, why do they? I have never had a religious belief per se, tho I can quite easily imagine people's attachments to religion, their childhood blanket, or toy, or their rabbit's foot.Following
